Your New Year's Resolution Needs to Change

It’s the start of a  New Year and you’ve decided to set some big goals. But you give up on them before the 6 month mark. So here are some ways to help you achieve the goals you’ve set. 


1. Stop setting big goals


Instead focus on the small steps that will lead to that goal. For example, losing weight, start off by checking your sleep schedule or implementing a fruit in your diet or cutting off a specific food. Don’t go cold turkey, start small.


2. You don’t have to start these goals on New Years


The day you start doesn’t matter, it’s consistently and persistently doing the good habits that will lead to your progress.


3. Don’t be discouraged about yourself


Stop comparing yourself to others, instead look back and realize how much you’ve grown. Whether it was trying something new or getting better at something.
