How To Make A Podcast In 5 Minutes

    With the pandemic starting in 2020, people had so much time on their hands. Many have created their own businesses, freelancing services, streaming channels, baking, working out, and podcasting. Podcasting has been considered to be extremely complex because of the camera equipment needed, professional microphones, lighting, suitable environment, and a good host/interviewer. However the idea or thought of making a podcast didn't stop you today. Making a podcast, isn't as hard as it seems, don't believe me? Well, I can vouch for it, I started my podcast at my home with a computer and used the audio from zoom meetings. Anyone can simply record audio whether it's the voice recorder default app installed in your computer or using the voice memo app on your iPhone. The next step is where or how to upload the audio, there are plenty of websites to upload them into such as: Buzzsprout, PodBean, Simplecast, Anchor, and more! Options are endless, but for this article's purpose, I'm going to present the tutorial for using Anchor (the platform I use). 

Step #1:

Use a recording app/software on whether you want to keep it in

Step #2:

Create an anchor account

Step #3: 

Record your talk (duration doesn't matter, but varies in uploading time)

Step #4: 

Upload on a third party software (only if your using your phone)

-Dropbox

-Google Drive

Step #5: 

Title the talk and decide a name for your brand/talk show

And that's it!

Sounds complicated, but once you take a step back and take the time to learn how to use it. I'm confident that your podcast will be successful! And then you can slowly upgrade your quality in terms of audio or if you want a visual version (YouTube).
